Defense of false claims of discrimination

The plaintiff, an employee of the defendant restaurant and inn, alleged that the defendant, which Attorneys Spinella & Associates represented, was in violation of equal protection laws in that it allegedly fired her based on her religion.
Attorneys Spinella & Associates agreed to take on the case after investigating it and determining that no such discrimination occurred. They defended the case which went to trial and resulted in a defendant's verdict, thereby vindicating the management of the restaurant and inn.

Because of the experience they have developed in pursuing plaintiffs' cases, Spinella & Associates are frequently approached by employers to represent their interests. Thus, while Spinella & Associates emphasizes a plaintiff's practice whereby rights of employees are zealously safeguarded, they will not hesitate to represent employers or other civil defendants in a deserving case who are wrongfully accused of misfeasance or malfeasance.

The key to a successfully litigated employment case is a plaintiff who will not shy away from the fight necessary to take on an employer, and attorneys such as Spinella & Associates who will do what is necessary to vindicate such employee's rights.
