Spinella & Associates is a boutique civil rights and criminal defense firm with experience litigating on behalf of individuals in nearly every area of civil and criminal practice. Although some of these cases are described later in this website, the firm now concentrates its civil practice on a wide range of civil rights violations (including abuses of power by police, municipal, and government authorities), although it still handles complex civil damage claims involving negligence, employment, and fiduciary violations.
