Labor and employment law practice
Our labor and employment law experience, extends primarily to cases representing employees, but also to representation of employers. It encompasses legal advice and representation in the following general areas:

Although Spinella & Associates generally represent plaintiffs and employees, they will not hesitate to defend an employer or other defendant who has been wrongfully accused.
An example of a case where Spinella & Associates successfully represented an employer is referenced in the list of representative Firm Cases section of this web site. In that case, they went to trial and obtained a defendant's verdict against an employee who they believed wrongfully accused a local restaurant and inn of a discriminatory discharge.
